hi, this is ming.
I'm using internet explorrer 7 and the problem is:
I can not hear any sound on the zone.
and can I listen the audio profile as well.
someone told me that I need to set something in the interent explorrer.
how can I do it.
I mean I can not listen the audio profile as well! what can I do for it?
I'm now trying fire fox and it work prety well.

I think Jaws 9 should work better in it.
jaws 9 does work better. nothing fs can do for 8
Couldn't you still get firefox 2 with jaws 8?
jaws 8 can work with it prety good. I think Jaws 9 better than 8 as wel.
If you're using internet explorer, you can go to tools, then internet options, then to advanced. There's a huge list of things there, and arrow down to the media settings, where it says, "play sounds in web pages." You can toggle this on and off with the spacebar. Hope this helps.

this is odd, i've been using IE7 for a few months, and have never had a problem with the sounds or audio profiles on the site. and I didn't do anything inparticular. things just work for me like they always had.
